中西药联合治疗陈旧性心肌梗死并难治性心力衰竭44例

摘　　要：目的分析陈旧性心肌梗死并难治性心力衰竭行中西药的治疗效果。方法将85例患者分为两组,对照组41例口服曲美他嗪治疗,观察组44例以曲美他嗪联合中药强心汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率93.2%高于对照组总有效率73.2%,治疗后心功能较对照组改善,观察组患者治疗后每天心律失常发作次数及每次持续时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,无不良反应发生。结论曲美他嗪联合强心汤治疗陈旧性心肌梗死并难治性心力衰竭效果显著,临床价值高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of old myocardial infarction with refractory heart failure. Methods 85 patients were divided into two groups. The control group（n = 41） took orally trimetazidine.The observation group（n = 44） used trimetazidine Chinese medicine Qiangxin decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.2% which was higher than 73.2% of the control group. After treatment, the improvement of cardiac function of the observation was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the number of arrhythmia attack and the duration of the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Qiangxin decoction in the treatment of old myocardial infarction with refractory heart failure has significant effect and high clinical value.
