清肺化痰汤配合消炎药治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽30例

摘　　要：目的观察清肺化痰汤配合西药治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将60例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予清肺化痰汤加减治疗,对照组予氨溴特罗口服溶液治疗。在此基础上两组均给予头孢克肟干混悬剂及退热等支持治疗,研究两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺化痰汤配合西药治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽可缩短治疗时间,较快缓解症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan decoction comnined with Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric cough of hot phlegm obstructed in the lung. Methods 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used the modified Qingfei Huatan decoction. The control group used Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride oral Solution, and at the same time, both groups were given Cefixime for Suspension, symptomatic and sup-portive treatment. The clinical curative effect was studied. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, the effective rate of the control group effect rate was 83.33%, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingfei Huatan decoction comnined with Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric cough of hot phlegm obstructed in the lung can shorten treatment time, improve the symptoms, and has significant effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
