头皮针配合舒筋活血方药浴治疗痉挛型脑瘫下肢运动功能障碍31例

摘　　要：目的观察头皮针刺配合中药药浴治疗脑瘫下肢运动功能障碍的疗效。方法 62例患儿随机分为治疗组31例和对照组31例。治疗组患儿在常规疗法基础上增加头皮针配合中药药浴;对照组采用常规疗法进行比较。结果治疗后下肢肌张力治疗组优于对照组,并且治疗组总有效率(94%)明显高于对照组(65%)。结论头皮针刺配合中药药浴治疗脑瘫下肢运动功能障碍有显著疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath in the treatment of cerebral palsy lower limb motor dysfunction. Methods 62 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（31cases） and control group（31 cases）. The treatment group used scalp acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath on the basis of the conventional therapy. The control group used conventional therapy. Results After treatment, lower limb muscle tension of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group（94 %） was significantly higher than that of the control group（65%）. Concusion Scalp acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy lower limb dysfunction has significant effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
