摘　　要：气瓶安全既是城市公共安全规制的难点和重点,也是广大人民群众关注和投诉的热点和焦点。本文以液化石油气钢瓶为例,对专用瓶固定充装制度面临的困境及其原因进行分析,探讨通过专用瓶标识的商标注册与保护,创新气瓶安全规制。Gas cylinder safety is not only the emphasis of urban public safety regulation, but also the focus of public concern and complaint. Instanced on LPG cylinder, the fixed-fill regime＇s evolvement, predicament and causation are discussed. The trademark protection and safety regulation innovation of cylinder are analyzed.
