摘　　要：本文针对中美观光车,从安全管理现状、法规体系、标准体系和标准内容四个方面进行对比分析,其中,着重分析了中美观光车行业现行的主要标准,列举了标准内容的不同之处,并且概括了中美观光车标准的主要特点。This article mainly aims at the garden patrol minibus in China and the United States, analyzes four aspects, including： the status of safety management, regulation system, standard system and standard content among them, mainly analyzes the main current standards of the garden patrol minibus industry in China and the United States, lists the differences of standard content, and summarizes the main characteristics of the standards.
