摘　　要：介绍了首次对爆炸焊接双金属不锈钢复合直缝钢管进行型式试验的主要内容,重点介绍了基层力学性能试验、复合层晶间腐蚀试验、双相不锈钢的铁素体/奥氏体比率、基层/复合层粘结力试验和复合管极限承载能力等几类试验,为今后业内该种类型的复合管型式试验方法提供了参考,也为修改相关规则中关于复合管型式试验的内容提供了依据。Main works of type tests of duplex stainless steel composite straight steel pipe explosive welding were introduced for the first time. The mechanical test for the base layer, the intergranular corrosion test for the composite layer, the austenite-ferrite ratio of the duplex stainless steel, the base/composite layer cohesion test and the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite pipe were emphatically introduced. The paper not only provided the reference for the following composite pipe＇s type tests, but also provided the basis for revising the related rules of composite pipe＇s type tests.
