高纯气体长管拖车结构特点及定期检验问题

摘　　要：介绍高纯气体长管拖车的结构特点以及使用特点,气瓶和管路技术特性与普通长管拖车区别,在运行中存在充装介质无腐蚀性、充装次数少等特点,指出当前检验方法基于普通长管拖车失效模式制定,不适应与高纯气体长管拖车检验,会对设备造成极大破坏,并且检验方法不科学,应根据高纯气体长管拖车失效模式以及结构特点,制定适应于高纯气体长管拖车检验方法,保障设备的安全运营。This paper introduces the structure features and service condition of tube trailer filled with high purity gases, the technical requirements on cylinder and pipeline is different from that of normal tube trailer. In service of high purity gases tube trailer, filled medium is non-corrosion, filling frequency is low, current periodic inspection technology is based on failure model of normal trailer, so the technology is not fit for inspection of high purity gases tube trailer with great harm to the tube trailer. It is necessary to establish periodic inspection technology based on failure model of high purity gases tube trailer, to keep safety for equipment operation.
