摘　　要：近年来,人们在小鼠和人的黏膜系统（如肠和肺脏）及其他实体器官（如肝脏）发现了新型免疫细胞群体,它们在发育和形态上属于淋巴细胞谱系,但不表达T细胞或B细胞表面的特异性识别受体TCR或BCR,不表达谱系发育分子Lineage,与自然杀伤（NK）细胞和淋巴组织诱导（Lti）细胞,一起被称为固有淋巴细胞（innatelymphoidcells，ILC）。Type 2innate lymphoid cells（ILC2）is a new group of the innate lymphoid cells which has been recently discovered.These cells can produce type 2cytokines such as interleukin-5（IL-5）and interleukin-13（IL-13）on response to interleukin-33（IL-33）,interleukin-25（IL-25）and thymic stromal lymphopoietin（TSLP）to initiate and maintain the type 2inflammation in human.Nasal polyps from patients with chronic rhinosinusitis（CRS）show enrichment for ILC2,which suggests ILC2 could have a critical role in the occurrence/development of nasal polyps.This review focuses on discovery of ILC2,immunological properties of ILC2 and ILC2in CRS.
