摘  要:随着可再生能源发电技术的商用化及推广,微网系统在规模和数量上都得以发展,微网与公用电网的联合运行成为必然趋势。对微网频率控制问题进行了研究,提出以背靠背型换流器作为并网装置的微网频率控制策略,通过微网功率管理器实现调节功率的计算、修正及分配。提出滚动平均法、分段平均法用于调节功率的计算,从而调整微网DG出力恢复频差,实现耦合点的定功率控制。研究表明,在大幅阶跃扰动和小幅随机扰动下,所提频率控制策略均可维持微网系统的频率稳定,有效控制耦合点功率。Evolutionary changes have taken place in operational climate of traditional electric utilities. Emergence of microgrid systems has opened new opportunities for commercialization and popularization of renewable power generation technology. Connection of microgrids to utility has raised concern. This paper studies frequency control for microgrid with back-to-back converters as connection devices and proposes a new control strategy. Frequency control is realized through microgrid power management system(PMS). A rolling average method and a segmental average method are proposed to calculate regulated power, which is further corrected and distributed among DGs. Power at PCC is maintained constant, making the microgrid to present itself to utility as a controlled unit. Simulation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively control microgrid frequency and stabilize power at PCC during step or random disturbance.
