摘  要:目前国内对于750 kV输电工程高抗中性点避雷器的参数设计没有明确的技术原则,现有标准规定的高抗中性点绝缘水平要求也未考虑不同工程高抗中性点过电压的差异化特性,并且未来可能出现的低高抗补偿度可能对现有中性点避雷器及绝缘水平形成挑战,因此有必要开展深入研究并提出对策。文章基于对国内已投运的多项750 kV交流输电工程高抗中性点过电压的电磁暂态仿真及现场实测结果进行调研,采取理论分析和数字仿真手段,研究了750 kV线路高抗中性点的过电压差异化特性,提出了750 kV线路高抗中性点避雷器参数、绝缘水平的选择方法,以及适应于单回及同塔双回2种架设方式、60%~90%高抗补偿度的中性点避雷器及绝缘水平差异化设计参数要求。研究成果可为750 kV线路高抗及其中性点小电抗设备的避雷器及绝缘优化设计提供技术依据。At present, there are no clear technological principles for shunt reactor neutral point MOA design for 750 kV transmission project. Differential characteristics for different projects are also not considered by existing standard about neutral point insulation design. Future potential of low compensation degree of shunt reactor may be a challenge to existing neutral point MOA and insulation level. It is necessary to carry out in-depth study and put forward countermeasures. This paper makes investigation on overvoltage simulation analysis and field test results of shunt reactor neutral points for domestic 750 kV AC power transmission projects in operation. With theoretical analysis and EMTP simulation, neutral point overvoltage characteristics of 750 kV transmission lines are investigated, and selection method of parameters of neutral point MOA and insulation level for 750 kV shunt reactors is proposed. Also, optimal design parameter requirement of neutral point MOA and insulation level parameters is put forward, which can adapt to single- and double-circuit line with compensation degree between 60 and 90 %. The results can provide technological basis for design optimization for MOA and insulation of 750 kV shunt reactors and their neutral point reactors.
