摘  要:针对现行配用电信息采集业务带宽计算方法存在带宽资源利用率不高的局限性,提出一种基于排队论的业务通信带宽计算方法。从智能配用电信息采集业务通信特点出发,分析了现行计算方法带宽资源利用率不高的原因;阐述了基于M/M/1/k排队论的智能配用电信息采集业务带宽计算方法的基本思想、实现步骤和最优带宽求解流程;通过考虑业务通信动态特性和服务质量要求,使带宽资源利用率最大化。以电能采集业务为例,讨论了所提方法借助业务带宽、服务质量与带宽资源利用率之间的量化评价过程,以及支持配用电信息采集业务根据带宽资源充裕度情况合理分配带宽资源的过程;并通过国家电网典型配用电信息采集业务算例,与电力现行弹性系数带宽预测方法进行对比分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。Aiming at limitations of low bandwidth usage ratio in current bandwidth prediction method for information gathering services in power distribution and utilization network, a bandwidth calculation method is proposed to optimize bandwidth ratio based on queuing theory. Firstly, this paper analyses features of power distribution and utilization services in background of Smart Grid, and explains causes of low ratio in current method. Secondly, it depicts a proposed method based on M/M/1/k queuing bandwidth calculation model, including basic idea, implementing steps and diagram for optimal bandwidth calculation, which implements target of maximizing bandwidth utilization-ratio by fully considering dynamic communication features and related Qo S(Quality of Service) requirements. Finally, taking electricity information gathering services as example, the paper clarifies rationality of queuing theory method in aspects of supporting quantitative evaluation of Qo S to assign bandwidth resource according to related communication network. By using calculation examples from typical information gathering services of State Grid, validity of the proposed method is verified through comparative analysis of current elastic-coefficient-parameter bandwidth prediction method.
