摘　　要：森林是人类生存重要的自然资源,为人类的生产生活提供了物质基础。森林火灾的发生不仅给森林资源带来了极大地破坏,同时也为公众的生命财产安全埋下了隐患。森林火灾保险于2011年开始在云南试点,取得了一定成效。滇中地区的防火期是从12月1日到次年6月15日,森林火灾保险切实关乎农户和相关部门的利益,对森林火灾保险在实施过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的解决对策。Forest is an important natural resource for human survival,which provides a material basis for the production and life of human beings. Forest fire not only brings great damage to forest resources,but also brings hidden danger to the safety of public life and property. Forest fire insurance began in Yunnan in 2011,and achieved some success. The fire protection period is from December 1st to the next year in June 15 th,the forest fire insurance is really related to interests of farmers and related departments.Problems in implementation of forest fire insurance were discussed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
