摘　　要：截至2015年底,中国境内在役油气管道总里程累计约12万千米。2015年,中国油气市场需求增速收窄,资源供应更加宽松,管道建设节奏继续放缓;国家继续出台政策法规,鼓励天然气行业的发展,促进天然气基础设施建设;中俄东线天然气管道中国境内段工程如期开工,将形成中国东北方向陆上天然气进口战略通道;页岩气管道快速推进,新粤浙煤制气管道项目获得核准;油气管网改革方案备受关注;管道装备制造水平稳步攀升;中国首次主导制订管道完整性管理规范的国际标准。2016年,中国油气管道发展可能进入低谷,建设节奏持续放缓,建设管道"气多油少"的特征依然明显;油气管网改革方案或将落地,将加快推进中国管道市场化改革。By the end of 2015, total distance of oil and gas pipelines completed in China was about 120,000 km. In 2015, as the oil and gas market demand grew slowly and the supply side was loosen, China＇s pipeline construction progress continuously slowed down. China＇s government continued to encourage the development of natural gas industry, and to promote the construction of gas infrastructure. Construction on the East Route part of the Russia-China gas pipeline started in China as scheduled, which will build the strategic channel of onshore natural gas imports in China＇s northeast. On the unconventional gas, shale gas pipelines move forward rapidly, and the Xinjiang-Guangdong-Zhejiang synthetic natural gas pipeline project（the Xin-Yue-Zhe SNG pipeline） was approved. Moreover, the oil and gas pipeline reform program was concerned greatly in 2015. The pipeline equipment-manufacturing level was steadily rising. China＇s company first led the pipeline integrity management practices to the international standards. In 2016 the development of oil and gas pipelines may go into the trough, and the construction will continue to slow down. However, the feature of ＂less oil than gas＂ pipelines is still remarkable. The pipeline network reform program will be likely put into effect so as to accelerate the market-oriented reformation of China＇s pipelines.
