紫虎烧伤膏创面愈合作用的研究

摘　　要：目的试验研究紫虎烧伤膏创面愈合作用。方法给药后间隔一定时间测定Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠创伤面积,记录愈合时间,计算愈合率。通过SPSS软件比较紫虎烧伤膏试验组,湿润烧伤膏对照组与赋形剂组之间的差异。同时比较试验药紫虎烧伤膏高、中、低三个剂量组间创面愈合作用的疗效。结果试验药与湿润烧伤膏比较,创面愈合时间,愈合率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验药、湿润烧伤膏分别与赋形剂组比较,均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论紫虎烧伤膏有促进Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the healing effect of purple tiger burn ointment.METHODS the wound area of the Ⅱ°scald model rats was measured with a certain time after dosing.The healing time was recorded and the healing rate was calculated.Through the SPSS software,the differences between purple tiger burn ointment group,moist burn ointment group,and vehicle group were compared.The efficacy of the three dose groups in the treatment of wound healing in the high,medium and low dose groups were compared.RESULTS There was no significant difference in wound healing time between purple tiger burn ointment group and moist burn ointment group（P0.05）.The purple tiger burn ointment group,moist burn ointment group was compared with vehicle group,there were significant differences（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Purple tiger burn ointment has the effect of promoting the healing of Ⅱ° burn wounds.
