摘  要:目的观察鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的有效性及安全性。方法系统检索Pub Med、Em Base、Co Chrane、中国生物医学文献(CBM)、万方、中国期刊全文、中文科技期刊全文数据库鼠神经生长因子(NGF)治疗HIE的随机对照试验,从建库至2015年10月。按纳入标准进行筛选和质量评价,用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8项研究(567例)。鼠神经生长因子试验组有效率、神经行为评分、神经心理发育评估和神经症状恢复时间与常规治疗组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗HIE较常规治疗效果更佳。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic- ischemic encephalopathy( HIE). Methods The randomized controlled trials about mouse nerve growth factor for HIE were searched systematically in Pub Med,Em Base,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database( CBM),Cochrane controlled clinical trials database,Wanfang Data database of full- text journals, Chinese Journal Full- text Database, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full- text database from their establishment to October 2015. According to the inclusion criteria,the trials were screened and quality assessment on them was performed, software Rev Man 5. 3 was used for a Meta- analysis. Results Eight randomized controlled trials( 567 cases) were eligible for inclusion in the study,The Meta analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in efficiency,neurobehavioral scores,neuropsychological assessment and neurological development recovery time between mouse nerve growth factor treatment group and conventional treatment group. Conclusion For HIE, the treatment by mouse nerve growth factor has better efficacythan the conventional treatment.
