摘　　要：随着中国社会老龄化的逐渐加剧,轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的发病率逐年上升,因此早期发现MCI并进行积极干预意义重大。通过评价MCI的现代医学研究情况以及近年来中医药治疗研究进展,显现出中医药在治疗MCI方面具有明显的特色与优势,尤其针灸治疗的前景及对疾病预后、远期疗效有重要意义,有待进一步深入研究。As the aging of population is deepening in China,the incidence of mild cognitive impairment（ MCI） as a result of increasing year by year,Therefore,early detection and positive intervention have great significance. Through the evaluation of modern medical research situation and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） treatment of MCI in recent years,TCM has distinct characteristics and advantages in the treatment of MCI,especially the prospect of acupuncture therapy has important significance of prognosis and long-term effect,it remains to be further research.
