ICU护士对多重耐药菌患者接触隔离认知现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查ICU护士对多重耐药菌患者接触隔离知识的认知状况，以期为规范管理ICU护士的多重耐药菌感染防控工作管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的ICU护士多重耐药菌接触隔离知识调查问卷，对广东省8间三级甲等医院的203名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果ICU护士多重耐药菌接触隔离知识认知水平尚存在不足，不同工作年限、技术层级、专业技术职称的ICU护士对多重耐药菌接触隔离知识的认知状况存在差别，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论ICU护士多重耐药菌接触隔离知识认知水平尚存在不足，且系统化专业培训和继续教育不足。需要加强多重耐药菌知识的学校教育、入职后系统化的专业课培训，针对不同特征的ICU护士做好分层培训，以全面提升ICU护士多重耐药菌接触隔离知识的认知水平和感控行为，降低多重耐药菌感染的发生率。Objective In order to provide a basis for the management of multidrug-resistant organism infection control, we investigated the cognitive status of contact isolation knowledge in ICU nurses. Method Survey was conducted on 203 ICU nurses from eight 3A grade hospitals in Guangdong Province with self- designed questionnaire. Results The knowledge level of nurses in multi-drug resistant organism contact isolation was low. There were statistically significant differences in the cognitive status between nurses with different working years, technical level, professional and technical post （P〈0.001）. Conclusions The knowledge level of nurses in multi-drug resistant organism contact isolation is low, systematic professional training and continuing education are still inadequate. We should strengthen the professional training of multi-drug resistant organism according to different characteristics of nurses, enhance the overall cognitive level to reduce the incidence of multi-drug resistant organism infection.
