电视胸腔镜手术在治疗支气管肺囊肿的可行性及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究电视胸腔镜手术治疗支气管肺囊肿的临床可行性和安全性。方法将收治的60例支气管肺囊肿患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组30例。观察组采用电视胸腔镜手术治疗，对照组采用传统手术治疗，比较两组手术过程及术后差异。结果观察组手术时间及术中出血量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术后带管时间及术后住院时间观察组短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组术后并无严重并发症发生，并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论与传统手术方式相比，电视胸腔镜手术治疗支气管肺囊肿临床效果更显著，并且没有增加不良反应发生率，安全系数较高。Objective To explore the clinical feasibility and safety of video assisted thoracic surgery in the treatment of bronchial and pulmonary cyst. Methods 60 cases of bronchial pulmonary cysts were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases for each group. The observation group was treated with video assisted thoracic surgery and the control group conventional surgery. The differences were compared between these two groups. Results There were no statistical differences in operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume between these two groups （P〉0.05）. The postoperative intubation time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. No serious complications occurred in both groups after operation. There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between these two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery, t video assisted thoracic surgery in the treatment of patients with bronchial pulmonary cysts is more effective. It doesn＇t increase in adverse the incidence of adverse reactions and is safe.
