摘　　要：本文介绍了一起由动物卫生监督所接受畜牧兽医主管部门委托查处的养殖畜禽未建立养殖档案案件。通过分析案件的查处过程,探讨在证据收集和文书制作方面存在的问题,以期与广大动物卫生行政执法同行共同商榷。A case of breeding livestock without feeding files,investigated and treated by a local animal health supervision institution was introduced. Through the analysis of the investigation process,some problems during evidence collection and document production process were discussed.
