摘　　要：目的观察颈椎蒸敷方热敷治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法,将200例患者分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(100例)。治疗组采用颈椎蒸敷方热敷颈项部,对照组采用推拿手法对颈项部肌群进行松解和骨关节调整。两组均治疗3个疗程,观察临床疗效,以及疼痛、颈椎功能障碍指数、颈椎病症状分级量化表评分变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为87.0%和76.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组疼痛VAS、NDI及颈椎病症状分级量化表评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间各指标治疗前后评分差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎蒸敷方治疗颈型及神经根型颈椎病的疗效满意,可明显缓解疼痛,改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cervical vapor-deposited prescription in treating cervical spondylotic neck type and radiculopathy.Methods Two hundred patients of neck type and radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis were randomized into treatment group and control group,100 cases in each group. The treatment group was treaded with cervical vapor-deposited prescription,and control group were treated with a finger and rolling of manipulation to release and adjust the neck muscles. Two groups were both treated for 3 treatments. Clinical curative efficacy was observed,and the VAS,the neck disability index and the symptoms of cervical spondylosis rating scale changes was measured and compared. Results 1The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87. 0% and 76. 0%. The comparison of clinical efficacy differences between groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. 2Compared before and after the treatment,the difference of the VAS,the neck disability index and the symptoms of cervical spondylosis rating scale in each group and between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of the cervical vapor-deposited prescription treatment of cervical spondylotic neck type and radiculopathy was satisfacty,this method can relieve pain obvious,improve the quality of the patient＇s life.
