痔血安合剂治疗急性痔出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痔血安合剂治疗急性痔出血的临床疗效。方法将60例急性痔出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(每组30例),分别口服痔血安合剂和痔宁片,疗程7天。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后便血、疼痛、脱垂、痔黏膜状态、痔核大小的评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为83.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组便血、疼痛、痔黏膜状态和痔核大小等积分下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组积分下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论痔血安合剂治疗急性痔出血疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Zhixuean Mixture＂in the treatment of acute hemorrhoids bleeding. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group（ 30 cases in each group）,and respectively treated with＂Zhixuean Mixture＂and＂Zhining Pills＂for seven days.The clinical efficacy,and the scores of such symptoms as hematochezia,pain,prolapse,hemorrhoids mucosa state and hemorrhoidal size were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group and 83. 33% in the control group,with better effects in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of hematochezia,pain,hemorrhoids mucosa state and hemorrhoidal size were reduced in both groups（ P 0. 05,P 0. 01）,with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion ＂Zhixuean Mixture＂is quite effective in the treatment of acute hemorrhoids bleeding.
