摘　　要：文章主要从系统功能需求和性能需求两个方面,对高速公路建设项目绩效考评系统的需求进行了分析,设计了高速公路建设项目绩效考评系统,主要包括路基工程考核评价模块、路面工程考核评价模块、公路附属工程考核评价模块三个组成部分,各模块分别对高速公路各参建单位的费用、安全、质量、进度四个指标每月进行考评,并从技术角度分析,保证了该系统的可实现性。This paper mainly analyzed the demand of expressway construction project performance appraisal system from the two aspects of system： functional requirements and performance requirements.It has designed the performance evaluation system of highway construction project,mainly include three part of subgrade engineering evaluation module,road engineering evaluation module,auxiliary highway engineering evaluation module,each module respectively of highway units participating in the construction cost,safety,quality,schedule four monthly index evaluation,and analyzed from the point of view of technology,to ensure the realization of the system.
