凹凸棒土对V带性能影响的研究

摘　　要：文章应用氯丁橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁、硬脂酸、凹凸棒土(R51、R01、R11)、防老剂D、促进剂M、促进剂NA-22、N330、碳酸钙、白炭黑为原材料,通过称量配合、生胶塑炼、混炼、硫化特性、硫化、停放、性能测试、数据分析等步骤,研究分析了凹凸棒土种类对汽车V带性能的影响。经本次试验结果表明,不同种类的凹凸棒土对汽车V带的力学性能具有一定的影响,最后测得采用凹凸棒土R01为填料时性能良好。This paper used chloroprene rubber,zinc oxide,magnesium oxide,stearic acid,attapulgite（R51,R01,R11）soil,antioxidant D,accelerator M,accelerator NA-22,N330,calcium carbonate,white carbon black as raw material,through the weighing with,raw rubber plasticating and mixing,vulcanization characteristics,cure,parking,performance test,data analysis and other steps of the bump rod and soil types of automobile V belt the influence of mechanical properties.The test results showed that the mechanical properties of different kinds of belts have a certain effect on the mechanical properties of the automobile V belt,and the optimum performance of the R01.
