摘 要:基于创新管理、专利评估等领域的相关研究,结合高校专利创造活动的特性构建专利创造活动影响因素分析的概念模型,并通过实证研究,揭示近10年来我国高校专利创造活动快速发展的成因。研究结果表明,创造活动主体即教师的创造能力提升、与企业交流合作的日益密切以及实验条件和文献条件的改善是关键推动因素,专利申请与维护费用补贴等激励因素的作用已经弱化。In this paper we build a conceptual model to study the factors that influence the patent creation activities at uni- versities. Our model is based on relevant research in the field of innovation management and patent assessment, but also considers the special characteristics of patent creation activities at universities. Our empirical study reveals the major under- lying causes for the fast growth in university patent creation activities during the past ten years. In pal"ticular, we analyze the influences of factors in both action dimensions ( creator factors, support factors and market factors) and performance di- mensions (creativity, novelty and practicality of the patent). We conclude that the creator factors such as the university faculty' s creative ability, cooperation with enterprises, laboratory facilities as well as access to the latest literature are key to the recent growth in patent creation at universities, while the influence of subsidies for patent application and maintenance cost and other incentives has been weakening.
