摘　　要：围绕江苏省战略性新兴产业和高新技术产业发展的重大技术需求,规划设立10个专项,围绕这些专项,组织27个优先主题。以期经过3年的实施,在战略必争领域,形成先发优势;在优势产业领域,实现高端发展,为全省区域技术创新体系建设和经济社会发展提供全面支撑。According to the needs on emerging industries of strategic importance and high-tech industry in Jiangsu Province, we established 10 special projects and 27 priority topics. During the three-year period of implementation,we will earn first mover advantages in the fields of strategic importance and realize the high-end development in the fields of competitive industry, comprehensively supporting the construction of regional technology innovation system as well as economic and social development for the whole province.
