有机盐钾磺化钻井液在玉东106井的应用

摘　　要：玉东106井二开段裸眼长2 600 m以上,存在多套压力系统,给钻井安全带来较大风险。特别是高密度盐膏层对钻井液体系的流变性及抑制性、失水与滤饼质量等提出了较高要求。该井在盐层前使用聚磺体系,较好地完成了上部的快速钻进,在盐层转化为欠饱和盐水体系,由于高密度高固相、抑制性不足、滤饼质量差,钻进及起下钻频频发生粘卡、压差卡钻,导致填井侧钻。在侧钻到盐层前再次转化高密度欠饱和盐水钻井液,下钻划眼、提密度造成钻井液高黏切、高失水、流变性不能满足井下要求。钻井液体系引入有机盐后,流变性、抑制性、失水滤饼及抗温性、抗盐抗钙能力、固相容量得到很好的改善,下钻划眼、起下钻正常,维护简单,安全的钻穿盐膏层,下套管无任何阻卡,钻塞性能稳定。For the open hole section has 2600 meters,and the multiple pressure regime and salt layer exist in Yudong 106well,higher requirements for rheological property,inhibitive ability,dehydration and filter cake quality of drilling fluid system were put forward. The polysulfonate drilling fluid system was used before drilling the salt layer,the upper rapid drilling was achieved,undersaturated salt water drilling fluid system was applied in salt layer,the differential pressure sticking and sidetracking were often caused due to high density,high solid,poor filter cake quality. After sidetracking,using high density undersaturated salt water drilling fluid could not meet the requirement of the downhole drilling fluid. According to the problems,the organic salt drilling fluid system was introducted,the rheological property,inhibitive ability,temperature resistance,salt and calcium resistance ability and solid capacity of the drilling fluid were improved. After using organic salt potassium sulphonated drilling fluid,the good application results were obtained.
