摘 要:采用溶液共混法制备聚乳酸立构复合物并对聚-(乙交酯-丙交酯-己内酯)三元共聚物(PGLC)进行物理改性。探讨了溶液浓度对聚乳酸立构复合物复合程度和形貌以及聚乳酸立构复合物的加入对PGLC力学性能的影响。研究表明,该方法制备的复合物的立构复合程度均较高,形貌呈柿饼状,且溶液浓度越大,粒径越大;立构复合物的引入对PGLC共混物的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度都有提高。Stereocomplex of poly ( lactic acid) (SC-PLA) was prepared by solution blending and its physical modification on PGLC was investigated. The effects of polymer concentration on the compound degree and the morphology of stereocomplex were studied. The influence of the obtained stereocomplex on PGLC's mechanical performance was studied. The results show that the higher degrees of stereocomplex and its particles with dried persimmons shape are obtained by the method. And the particle size increases with increasing polymer concentration. The introducing of the stereocomplex has a positive influence on the breaking elongation and tensile strength of the blends.
