摘 要:为探讨添加不同比例的纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂及有机蒙脱土对义齿基托材料机械性能及抗菌性能的影响,将有机改性后的纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂与有机蒙脱土(OMMT)按一定比例添加到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)义齿基托材料中并测试其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、硬度、抗菌性能。结果表明:在含2.5%(质量分数)纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂的基托材料中添加1.5%有机蒙脱土后材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度达到最佳;添加1%有机蒙脱土后硬度达到最佳;添加1.5%有机蒙脱土后复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌仍有强抗菌能力(>99%),对白色念珠菌仍有抗菌能力(>90%)。按一定比例在义齿基托材料中添加有机蒙脱土与纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂可改善材料的机械性能、硬度及抗菌性能。To explore the influence of different proportion of Ag loaded nano-TiO2 antibacterial agent and organic montmorillonite on the mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of denture base material, organo-Ag loaded nano-TiO2 antibacterial agent and organic montmorillonite were added into polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) as denture base material by a certain proportion, and the tensile strength, bending strength, hardness and antibacterial properties were tested. The results show that the denture base material containing 2.5 % Ag loaded nano-TiO2 antibacterial agent can achieve the best tensile strength and bending strength after adding 1.5 % organic montmorillonite; the hardness can achieve the best after adding 1% organic montmorillonite; after adding 1.5%0 organic montmorillonite, the composite still has strong antibacterial ability of staphylococcus aureus and E. coli ( 〉 99% ) , and still has antibacterial ability of candida albicans (〉 90% ). Denture base macterial's mechanical properties, hardness and antibacterial properties can be improved after adding organic montmorillonite and Ag loaded nano-TiO2 antibacterial agent by a certain proportion.
