大学生心理障碍守门人行为观察预警指标研究

摘　　要：目的研制大学生心理障碍守门人行为观察预警指标,实现心理障碍的早期预警。方法通过头脑风暴法构建条目池,采用Delphi专家咨询法对条目池进行筛选、归类和命名。通过随机对照预警实验检验预警效果,根据诊断结果对预警指标进行修订。结果通过2轮Delphi法对条目池进行筛选,确立的预警指标包含22个一级指标、63个二级指标。使用该指标体系,实验组98名守门人对268人进行3个月的行为观察,发现与未使用该指标体系的对照组和空白组相比,实验组预警出更多心理障碍个体。删除3个准确度极差的条目,最终形成包含22个一级指标,60个二级指标的指标体系。结论大学生心理障碍守门人行为观察预警指标体系能够实现对心理障碍的早期预警,值得推广使用。Objective To develop a behavior observational warning indicator system to be used in psychological disorder＂gatekeepers＂for early warning of psychological disorders among college students. Methods The item pool of the warning indicator system was built using brainstorming method and items were screened,classified and named using Delphi expert consultation method. The effect of the warning indicator system was tested by a randomized controlled trial,and the warning indicators were modified according to the diagnostic results. Results The items were screened by 2 rounds of Delphi method,resulting a warning indicator system of 22 first- order indicators and 63 second- order indicators. The experimental group included 98 gatekeepers who used the warning indicator system to observe the behavioral symptoms of 268 students in 3 months.Compared to the control and blank group,the experimental group reported significantly higher rate of psychological disorders.After deleting 3 items with zero degree of accuracy,and final warning indicator system included 22 first- order indicators and 60second- order indicators. Conclusion The behavior observational warning indicator system enables early warning of psychological disorders and should be introduced widely in the campus.
