基于Web of Science数据库的全球健康领域研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的追踪和分析全球健康研究领域的发展历程和研究热点,为全球健康后续研究工作提供参考。方法对Web of Science核心合集数据库中的全球健康、国际卫生相关文献进行引文分析,截取被引频次百分比大于0.01%(被引频次≥40次)的引文文献共54篇纳入本研究。通过词篇矩阵对引文进行提取,应用SPSS21.0对数据进行聚类分析,并根据各类引文的内容归纳其主题,通过战略引文坐标确定各类主题在全球健康研究领域的地位。结果高被引文献的平均被引频次为61次,最高303次,最低40次。近年来全球健康的高被引文献数量呈现快速增长,2008年最多,共有9篇。全球健康领域的研究内容可大致分为6类:全球健康的发展与课程项目开展;国际组织在全球健康中的作用;传染病与慢性病的防治;全球健康项目筹资与卫生系统研究;全球健康研究的技术与方法;健康危险因素与疾病负担研究。其中全球健康的课程与项目研究受关注度最高,共被引920次;传染病和慢性病防治、健康危险因素与疾病负担研究的新颖度最高,平均发表时间为2006年。结论全球健康研究正进入加速发展阶段,全球健康的课程与项目研究是目前研究的热点,传染病和慢性病防治、健康危险因素与疾病负担研究将成为未来的主要发展方向。Objective To trace and analyze the development history and the hot topic of global health research,and to provide guidelines for the following researchers in the area. Methods We analyzed the references of Global Health and International Health literature in Web of Science database with 54 articles selected which had been cited by more than 0. 01% of all articles（ cited frequency more than 40）. The literature was cluster with SPSS21. 0. Results The cited frequency of highly cited literature was an average of 61 times,maximum 303 times and minimum 40 times,respectively. The number of literature on global health which was highly cited increased rapidly in the recent years,with the most productive year in 2008（ 9 articles）. All the literature could be divided into 6 groups,and the topics included： The history of global health and training courses as well as curriculum in global health; The position of International Organization in global health; The prevention of infectious diseases and chronic diseases; The investment of global health projects and the health system research; The method and the technology of global health research; The health risk factors and the burden of diseases. The topic about the history of global health and training courses as well as curriculum in global health got the most attention with cited 920 times. Meanwhile,the prevention of infectious diseases and chronic diseases and the health risk factors and the burden of diseases were the two newest topics,with the average public year in 2006. Conclusion Global health research is accelerating,and the topic in the history of global health and training courses as well as curriculum in global health is the hottest research at present. The topic of prevention of infectious diseases and chronic diseases and the topic of risk factors and the burden of diseases could be the next hot point in the future.
