摘　　要：精神病患者的攻击行为常突然发生、难以防范,可使受害者的身心受到严重伤害,历来是精神卫生领域研究的热点。本文在分析国外精神病患者攻击行为原因研究的基础上,结合我国实际,提出了3点可借鉴的经验:开发适合我国的研究工具;探究医(护)患双方的观点;多角度分析原因,并研究变量间的相互作用。The aggressive behavior in psychiatric patients often happen suddenly,and it is too difficult to prevent. The aggressive behavior can make the victim＇s physical and mental suffering serious injury. What＇s more,it has always been the hot research in the field of mental health. The paper analyzed the foreign researches on the aggression＇ s causes of psychiatric patients and put forward three suggestions with our actual condition： to develop research tools that is suitable for Chinese cultural background; to explore the attitudes of doctors（ nurses） and patients; to analyze the causes from the multiple perspectives and study the interactions between the variables.
