摘  要:目的分析临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)的耐药性,毒性和生物膜(Bacterial biofilm,BF)形成能力,并进一步探究三者之间的关系,为临床预防和治疗S.aureus感染提供理论依据。方法临床分离的122株S.aureus经全自动微生物分析仪鉴定及药物敏感性检测,采用结晶紫染色和刚果红平板法分析生物膜形成能力;通过对其溶血素、胞外蛋白酶和脂肪酶的检测评估其毒性。结果 122株S.aureus甲氧西林耐药株(MRSA)分离率达到将近70%,且表现出多重耐药现象;31.97%能产生溶血素,29.51%能产生胞外蛋白酶,54.10%能产生胞外脂肪酶;约40%的菌株有一定的生物膜形成能力,且MRSA的生物膜形成能力强于甲氧西林敏感株(MSSA),毒性弱于MSSA。结论 S.aureus感染引起的不同临床疾病主要与其产生的毒素和耐药性有关,而细菌的生物膜对于其毒性和耐药性同样有很重要的影响。Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance,the toxicity and the biofilm formation of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical specimens. Furthermore,the correlation between the ability of them was analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of S. aureus infection. Methods 122 S. aureus isolated from clinical specimens were identified and drug sensitivity was analyzed by the automatic microbial analyzer. The crystal violet assay and Congo red plate method were used to detect their ability of biofilm formation,and the hemolysis,extracellular protease and lipase were detected to evaluate their toxicity. Results 70% of 122 S. aureus strains were methicillin resistant strains( MRSA),which showed multi- drug resistance to many kinds of antibiotics. 31. 97% of 122 S. aureus strains could produce hemolysin,29. 51%could produce extracellular protease,and 54. 10% could produce extracellular lipase. Nearly 40% of these strains had the ability of biofilm formation. The biofilm formation ability of MRSA was stronger than that of methicillin- sensitive strains( MSSA),but their toxicity was lower than MSSA. Conclusion The main differences of S. aureus infection are related to the toxin and the drug resistance,but the bacterial biofilm also has an important influence on the toxicity and drug resistance.
