2015年烟台市芝罘区309家旅店业卫生监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解烟台市芝罘区旅店业的卫生质量状况,找出影响卫生质量的主要因素,为提高旅店业卫生质量有针对性地采取改进措施提供依据。方法依据GB/T18204《公共场所卫生检验方法》对烟台市芝罘区内309家旅店业的室内空气和顾客用品用具中相关卫生指标进行检测,并按《旅店业卫生标准》(GB 9663-1996)对检测结果进行评价。结果旅店业监测309家,总合格率84.59%;高档、中档、低档旅店业的合格率分别为92.48%、83.34%、76.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。其中空气质量监测温度、噪声、风速、照度、一氧化碳、二氧化碳和PM10的合格率均大于90%,甲醛和细菌总数的合格率较低。公共用品用具监测结果显示高中低档比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),公共卫生用品不合格项目主要是细菌总数、大肠菌群。结论烟台市芝罘区旅店业卫生质量总体水平较好,对于卫生监测存在不合格项目(包括空气质量和公共用品用具监测)的单位,下一步应加强卫生监督管理,开展从业者卫生知识培训,落实各项消毒管理制度,保证旅店业的卫生安全。Objective To investigate the sanitation status of the hotels in Zhifu district of Yantai,and to provide basis for future sanitation quality improvement at this are. Methods According to the standards of GB / T 18204,the indoor air and the customer supplies appliances related health indicators were detected from 309 hotels in Zhifu district of Yantai,and the detection results were evaluated according to the Hygienic Standard of Hotel. Results A total of 309 hotels places were tested,and the total qualified rate was 84. 59%. The qualified rate of the high- grade,middle- grade and low- grade hotels were 92. 48%,83. 34% and 76. 42%,respectively. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 001）. The qualified rate of air quality monitoring temperature,noise,wind,speed,intensity of illumination,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and PM10 were all higher than 90%. However,formaldehyde and total bacterial count of qualified rate was low. Public goods equipment monitoring results showed that different grade hotels had statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 001）. Public health supplies unqualified project basically were total bacterial count and coliform bacteria. Conclusion The compliance rates of the hotels in Zhifu district are high overall. In order to ensure health security,there are a few things need to be done. Firstly,the hotel whose health surveillance unqualified（ including air quality and public supplies equipment monitoring） should strengthen hygiene supervision and management. Secondly,the practitioners should have health knowledge training. Lastly,the implementation of the disinfection management system is necessary.
