摘　　要：通过查阅近年来如意珍宝丸药理及临床研究的相关文献,对其进行分析、归纳和总结。如意珍宝丸含有多种化学成分,具有清热、醒脑开窍、舒筋活络及干黄水等作用,主要用于治疗瘟热、陈旧热症、白脉病、四肢麻木偏瘫、口眼歪斜、神志不清、麻痹等病症。目前如意珍宝丸药理及临床研究尚不够深入,需要采用多种方法,从不同的角度进行探讨。To review the progress in pharmacological and clinical research of Ruyi Zhenbao wan. Literatures on the progress in pharmacological and clinical research of Ruyi Zhenbao wan in recent years were summarized and analyzed. Ruyi Zhenbao wan contained a variety of chemical composition. It has the function of clearing heat,activiting brain and regaining consciousness,Activate veins,mainly used for the treatment of Distemper,nervous system diease,tetraplegia facial,paralysis,obnubilation and other diseases. Pharmacological and clinical research of Ruyi Zhenbao wan are superficial. It is necessary for us to carry on further research by using a variety of methods and from different angles.
