南澳岛居民常用急救知识与技能的现状调查与对策研究

摘　　要：目的:了解南澳岛居民常用急救知识与技能的掌握情况,并探讨常用急救知识与技能的有效培训方法。方法:采用问卷调查形式对200名南澳岛社区居民进行常用急救知识与技能掌握情况的调查,并针对调查中发现的薄弱环节进行培训,培训内容主要包括口头指导和技能模拟演练,对比培训前后南澳岛居民常用急救知识与技能的掌握情况。结果:南澳岛居民的常用急救知识与技能的获取来源前三位分别为电视、书本和课堂,分别占64.0%、51.0%和35.0%;培训前居民对常用急救知识与技能的掌握情况较差,掌握情况最好的项目前三位为医疗呼救电话、火灾避险措施、溺水急救,分别占86.0%、78.0%和68.0%;培训后居民对常用急救知识与技能的掌握程度明显提高,各项目调查均显著优于培训前,医疗呼救电话、火灾避险措施、扭伤处理办法的掌握情况更是达到100.0%。结论:南澳岛居民的常用急救知识与技能的掌握程度较差,需定期进行培训提高,技能模拟演练是最有效的培训措施,口头指导、发放宣传册等手段能巩固培训成果。Objective To understand the knowledge and skills of the common emergency knowledge and skills of residents in Nanaodao,and to discuss the effective training method of common first- aid knowledge and skills. Methods 200 Nanao Island community residents were commonly used first- aid knowledge and skills to grasp the situation by questionnaire survey and aiming at the weak link in the survey found that the training,training content mainly includes oral instruction and skills simulation exercises,contrast before and after the training,the South Australian island residents commonly used first- aid knowledge and skills of the master. Results Origing of three respectively for TV,books and classroom acquisition of Nanao Island residents commonly used first- aid knowledge and skills,respectively,accounting for 64. 0% and 51. 0% and 35. 0%; training of residents to commonly used first- aid knowledge and skills to grasp the situation of poor,grasp the best project before three medical emergency number,fire emergency measures,pesticide poisoning first aid were 86. 0%,78. 0% and 68. 0%; after training residents of commonly used first- aid knowledge and skills mastery level was significantly increased,the project survey were significantly better than those before the training,medical emergency number,fire emergency measures,sprain approach to grasp the situation is reached to 100. 0%. Conclusion Nanao Island residents commonly used first- aid knowledge and skills mastery of the poor,through training to improve,verbal guidance,issuing brochures,skills simulation exercises is effective training measures.
