摘  要:目的:通过静息态功能磁共振脑成像技术研究骨骼肌退变与肌痛的关系,探讨肌痛症的客观评定指标。方法:随机选取不同阶段年龄肌痛症患者25例(包括纤维肌痛综合征及风湿性多肌痛)分为5组。所有肌痛症患者均进行弹性运动功能锻炼并采用视觉模拟评分评估不同年龄段疼痛程度,应用统计参数图计算功能磁共振脑成像显示激活区域的位置,大小以及激活强度。结果:各组肌痛症患者锻炼后VAS相比于锻炼前显著降低(P<0.05),且随着年龄增长功能锻炼后VAS评分呈下降趋势。各组激活脑区位置、强度表现无一致性,激活脑区大小与疼痛程度存在正相关性表现。结论:年龄与骨骼肌退变所引起的疼痛呈正相关性,静息态功能磁共振脑成像脑区激活大小可以做为疼痛客观评定参考指标。Objective: To investigate the relationship between skeletal degeneration and myalgia, and explore myalgia through the resting state of functional MRI. Method: Twenty-five patients who suffered from fibromyalgia syndrome or polymyalgia rheumatica were divided into five groups according to age randomly. All subjecfs took flexible functional training, and the visual analogue scale(VAS) was adapted to assess the intensity of pain. A statistical parameter graphic system was applied to evaluate the location, size and intensity of active region. Results: All subjects underwent pain relief after exercise compared with the baseline, and had significant difference referred to VAS. Meanwhile, the VAS decreased gradually as the age ascending. There were no association with location and intensity of activated-area between was different aging stage. Intensity of pain was proportional to the size of activated-area. Conclusion: Aging positively proportional to intensity of pain caused by muscle degeneration. The resting state functional MRI may provide an useful parameter to evaluate intensity of muscle pain.
