摘　　要：通过分析 DFM系统的信息双向流程 ,提炼出可以指导企业活动过程规划的聚能体概念。根据策略、任务、活动到组织的流程构建由策略层、任务层、活动层到功能层的递阶式 4层企业运营框架 ,通过对流程活动的展开和控制方法分析 。The definition of capacity-coordinator is epurated from analyzing the information bidirectional influence of DFM system on task practice. Capacity- coordinator can help program activities of the enterprise in reason to achieve its aim. Based on the capacity- coordinator and refering to enterprise course, enterprise frame is founded. The frame is made up of four layers: strategy, task, activity and function. The characteristics and application method of this frame is discussed.
