摘  要:为了有效监控混凝土泵车的状态,设计了一套多网融合的状态远程监控系统。对臂架结构使用Zig Bee技术实现传感器的即插即用和数据无线采集传输,对其他部位使用CAN/LIN总线实现状态信息的实时采集和有线传输,将采集数据在泵车状态中心进行汇总后通过GPRS分时远程传输到监控中心服务器。测试发现在GPRS信号较好的条件下,在30 km范围内丢包率小于3%,表明该系统可实现数据的实时采集和正确传输,从而保证混凝土泵车能够安全运行。The remote monitoring system for concrete pump truck by multi-network integration was designed for monitoring its status effectively to ensure the safe production and reduce the cost of maintenance. The sensor plug and wireless data acquisition transmission of the arm frame structure was realized using ZigBee technology,while that of other structures such as hydraulic system and the chassis was realized using CAN/LIN(Controller Area Network/Local Interconnect Network). Then the collected data was aggregated in the state center of the truck and remotely transmitted to the server of the monitoring center by the time-sharing model by GPRS(General Packet Radio Service),in which the status monitoring and repair for metro area was achieved. The test result that the packet loss rate of the system is less than 3%within 30 km in good GPRS condition shows that the system is able to realized the real-time data acquisition and transmission so as to ensure the safe operation.
