中国高水平大学教育国际化表达现状研究——基于84所教育部核准的大学章程文本分析

摘　　要：教育国际化是建设世界一流大学的必由之路,现代大学制度是建设世界一流大学的制度保障,而大学章程是现代大学制度的基石与载体。通过对教育部已核准的84所部属高校章程中有关教育国际化的表达统计与分析表明,我国高水平大学发展目标定位表达比较明确,推进国际化进程形式呈现多样化的表达,但一些具有实质性、可操作性的实践指标上表达度较低。研究结果可为后续大学章程的修订提供参考意见。Internationalization of education is the necessary way of building a world-class university,and modern university institution is institutional guarantee of the construction of a world-class university,then universities charter is the cornerstone and carrier of modern university institution.Through statistics and analysis about the expression of internationalization of education in Chinese university authorized by Ministry of Education,the results indicate that Chinese high-level universities have relatively clear expression of the development orientation and goals,and a variety of expressions of promoting the process of internationalization.But in some substantive and operational practice of indicators,the expression degree is low.The results provide a reference for subsequent revision of university charter.
