摘　　要：洗煤工艺是煤炭加工生产过程中一个非常重要的环节,用于提炼精煤和进行煤炭深加工,运用先进的手段和工艺,剔除煤炭中P、水、S等杂质,最终获得发热量高、灰分低的优质煤。简要介绍了常见洗煤工艺类型,分析洗煤工艺存在的问题,阐述洗煤工艺的优化和改进对策,以供参考。Coal wash ing technology is a very important link in the process of coal production, which is used to refine cleaned coal and perform coal deep processing, remove impurities such as S, water and P in the coal by using the advanced methods and technology to obtained high quality coal with high calorific value and low ash content. This paper briefly introduced the common types and existing problems of coal washing process, and described optimization and improvement countermeasures for reference.
