摘　　要：舍长在学习、生活、心理、安全等方面扮演着重要的角色,是宿舍的主心骨和风向标,在信息的传达、制度的执行、学生自我管理自我服务等方面发挥着重要的作用,应从身份认同、职责制度、能力培养等方面加强舍长队伍的培养与建设,以扩大学生管理工作的覆盖面,提高学生管理工作的实效性。The head of college＇s students＇ dormitory play an critical role of learning, living, psychology, safety and other aspects, who are mainstay and wind vane of students＇ dormitory. At the same time, The head of college＇s students＇ dormitory play an importation in the transmission information, the implementation of system, the students ＇ self--management and self--service. About the construction of the head of college students＇ dormitory should from the identity, responsibility system, ability training,etc,and to expand the coverage of student management work, improve the teaching quality of student management work.
