摘　　要：利用2003—2012年我国对外直接投资省级面板数据,研究我国制度环境对OFDI逆向技术溢出效应的影响。结果表明,政府治理、市场化程度对我国OFDI逆向技术溢出有显著的正向影响,政策开放度对OFDI逆向技术溢出有显著的抑制作用,知识产权保护对OFDI逆向技术溢出未能发挥积极作用;同时,制度环境对OFDI逆向技术溢出的影响有显著的地区差异。东部地区良好的制度环境一方面促进了逆向技术溢出的获取,另一方面也有一定的抑制作用,而中部和西部地区的制度环境对逆向技术溢出的获取所提供的支持仍然有待改善。The paper analyzes the influence of the institutional environment affecting OFDI inverse technological spillover by using the provincial panel data of OFDI between 2003 and 2012. The research suggests that the government management and marketization have a significant positive effect on the OFDI inverse technological spillover,while the openness has a negative effect,but the protection on the intellectual property right has no positive effect on the OFDI inverse technological spillover; meanwhile,the institution environment＇effect on this has significant regional differences. The better environment in the eastern region increases the acquisition of the inverse technological spillover on one part,and decreases it on the other. And it is necessary to improve the supports of the inverse technological spillover from the environments in the middle and western regions.
