北京轻型汽油车排放标准升级解读

摘　　要：北京发布了《轻型汽车(点燃式)污染物排放限值及测量方法(北京第六阶段)》征求意见稿(简称"京Ⅵ标准"),与以往排放标准体系相比有较大的变化。回顾了北京轻型汽车排放标准升级历程,系统对比了京Ⅵ与国Ⅴ和欧Ⅵ排放标准试验要求及限值方面的异同,结合行业排放技术水平现状进行了针对性的探讨。京Ⅵ标准的出台对企业提出了较高的挑战;企业应该在精确评估北京市场地位的基础上确定是否继续保留该市场,如继续保留,应提前开发符合京Ⅵ标准的产品。Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau released ＂Limits and measurement methods for emissions from light-duty vehicles（ Positive Ignition） （Beijing VI ）（Draft）＂, Compared with the previous emission standards, there are many changes. This paper reviews history of Beijing light duty vehicle emission standards, and compares Beijing VI with China V, Euro VI emission standards and their test requirements, finds the similarities and differences among them, analyzes Beijing light-duty gasoline vehicles market structure. Finally, the paper explores the strategy of the emission of Beijing VI, the introduction of the standard makes the great challenges for the enterprise; companies should determine on whether to continue to keep the market on the basis of accurate assessment of Beijing＇s market position, if they continue to occupy in Beijing market, they shall develop new cars that meet the requirements of Beijing VI in advance.
