摘  要:激励载荷计算研究是实现柴油机振动特性精确预测的关键因素之一,虚拟技术已经成为解决该问题的重要手段。采用ADAMS/Engine软件建立柴油机刚性体系统模型,在充分考虑工作过程中结构体弹性变形因素影响的情况下,采用曲轴与缸体有限元计算模型构建刚-柔耦合系统多体动力学计算模型,通过施加爆发压力与转速设置模拟柴油机实际运行工况,计算获得柴油机主轴颈受力与活塞敲缸力。结果表明,采用刚-柔耦合系统虚拟技术能够快速有效地实现柴油机结构激励载荷的计算分析,对于柴油机结构的振动特性预测、可靠性控制与设计开发具有指导作用。The results of the excitation load is one of the key factors in achieving accurate prediction of the vibration characteristics of the diesel engine, virtual technology has become an important means to solve this problem. The model of rigid body system of diesel engine is established using ADAMS/Engine software, taking full consideration of the work process structure elastic deformation, through the finite element model of the crankshaft and cylinder was used to build the flexible body crankshaft-body coupled systems multi-body dynamics, by explosion pressure applied load and speed settings to simulate the actual operating conditions of diesel engine, main journal calculated to obtain spindle neck foree and the force of the piston knock. The results show that the use of virtual technology, rigid flexible coupling system can achieve fast and effective calculation of engine structure load analysis, having a guideline for the vibration characteristics of the diesel engine structure prediction, reliability control and design.
