摘　　要：本文结合依托项目和示范工程模拟机管理经验,围绕全范围模拟机的技术特点和开发过程,对模拟机采购过程中项目管理的进度、质量和接口等方面进行讨论,力求全方面分析全范围模拟机特有的项目管理细节,为压水堆模拟机采购管理人员提供思路和借鉴。Combining with the experience of the project and the demonstration project, around the technical characteristics and development process of the FSS, the progress, quality and interface of project management in the process of purchase are discussed in this paper. Comprehensive analysis of the FSS of the project management details, which provides ideas and reference to the machine procurement management engineer.
