摘　　要：近年来,青岛市博物馆城建设呈现繁荣景象,突出反映为:博物馆门类较为齐全,地域特色突出;博物馆群联盟运行体制新路径的拓展;以国有博物馆为主体、民办博物馆为补充的博物馆事业发展格局基本形成。繁荣景象的背后也存在亟待解决的问题:一是博物馆门类尚有发展空间;二是博物馆布局有待于完善;三是博物馆运营不够规范。为此,青岛市各级政府需要继续积极主导博物馆事业的发展,博物馆主办方需要规范经营博物馆,企业、文博专家以及社会公众也要积极参与博物馆城建设。In recent years, the construction of Museum City in Qingdao has been prosperous, especially in its relatively complete categories and prominent regional characteristics. Meanwhile the alliance of museums system has shaped into a new path, and the development pattern that the state-owned museums are the subjects and the private museums are the supplement has been formed. However, some problems need to be solved： firstly, the museum category needs to be developed further; secondly, the layout of the Museum needs to be improved; thirdly, the museum operation is not in a standard level. Therefore, the governments at all levels in Qingdao City should positively keep leading the development of the museums, and the organizers of museums should standardize its operation, and the enterprises, cultural experts and the social public also should participate in the construction of Museum City actively.
