摘　　要：文章以全面开展保障性住房跟踪审计必要性为基础,阐述国家审计融入保障性住房建设全过程所存在的制约因素,从加强保障房跟踪审计基础理论研究、统一保障房跟踪审计认识、构建保障房跟踪审计指标评价体系、形成保障房跟踪审计常态化等方面,深入探讨全面开展保障房跟踪审计的对策。The paper was based on the need of promoting the affordable housing tracking audit,discussing the constraints existing in this course. In the end, the paper made some countermeasures about how to implement the affordable housing tracking audit much better. Therefore, it aimed to strengthen the theory research, unify knowledge, build index system and form the normalization etc..
