丹参注射液联合脑苷肌肽治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病39例  

Danshen Injection Combined with Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin for Treating Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy in 39 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察脑苷肌肽联合丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法选取78例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,并按入院先后顺序均分为观察组与对照组,各39例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上同时给予脑苷肌肽联合丹参注射液治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后的临床症状恢复时间、总有效率、并发症发生情况及新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分。结果观察组患儿的惊厥停止时间为(2.13±1.76)d,与对照组患儿的(2.23±1.57)d无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患儿的意识状态、肌张力、原始反射、呼吸恢复时间及临床总有效率、NBNA评分、并发症情况均明显优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论脑苷肌肽联合丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效更佳,可促进患儿症状的恢复,减少并发症的发生,患儿神经功能恢复较好,提高了临床总有效率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin combined with Danshen injection in treatment of children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods 78 cases of children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic en-cephalopathy were divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the sequence of the admission,39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment regimens,on the basis of conventional therapy the observation group was given cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin combined with Danshen Injection.The recovery time,the total clinical effective rate,complications and neonatal neurobehavioral score（NBNA） were compared.Results The convulsion stopping time in the observation group was（2.13 ±1.76）d,which had no significant difference compared with the control group′ s（2.23 ±1.57）d（P〉0.05）;the clinical total effective rate,NBNA score,occurrence of complications of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin combined with Danshen Injection on children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has better clinical efficacy,can promote the recovery of symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complica-tions,provide good recovery of nerve function,improve the total clinical efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
