摘　　要：目的检测人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染在颅咽管瘤组织中的表达,探讨HCMV感染与颅咽管瘤发生的病因学关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测HCMV立刻早期蛋白1-72(IE1-72)和磷酸化糖蛋白65(pp65)抗原在89例颅咽管瘤组织及10例正常脑组织中的表达情况。结果在颅咽管瘤组织中HCMV IE1-72和pp65抗原表达阳性率分别为77.5%和84.3%,而在正常脑组织中两抗原均为阴性,IE1-72和pp65抗原表达阳性率在颅咽管瘤组织和正常脑组织间均有显著性差异(P=0.000,P=0.000)。IE1-72抗原在牙釉质型和鳞状乳头型颅咽管瘤组织中阳性率分别为83.6%和67.6%,pp65抗原分别为89.1%和76.5%;两抗原在牙釉质型颅咽管瘤组织中的阳性率均略高于鳞状乳头型,但均无统计学差异(P=0.135,P=0.197)。结论 HCMV IE1-72和pp65抗原在颅咽管瘤组织中均有高表达,而在正常脑组织中无表达,HCMV感染及其抗原表达可能与颅咽管瘤的发生有一定关系,其致病机制尚需进一步研究。Objective The infection and expression of human cytomegalovirus（ HCMV） in craniopharyngioma tissues are detected to investigate the etiological relation between HCMV infection and craniopharyngioma formation.Methods Expressions of immediate early protein 1-72（ IE1-72） and phosphorylated glycoprotein 65（ pp65） antigens of HCMV were examined by immunohistochemistry method in 89 cases of craniopharyngioma and 10 cases of normal brain tissues.Results The positive rates of HCMV IE1-72 and pp65 expression were 77.5% and 84.3% in craniopharyngiomas,respectively,but not in normal brain tissues; there were significant differences in the positive expression rates of HCMV IE1-72 and pp65 antigen between craniopharyngiomas and normal brain tissues（ P =0.000,P =0.000）.The positive rates of IE1-72 in adamantinomatous type and papillary type of craniopharyngiomas were83.6% and 67.6% respectively,while that of pp65 was 89.1% and 76.5%,respectively; although positive expression rates of IE1-72 and pp65 in adamantinomatous type were a little higher than that in papillary type,there was no significant difference for both two groups（ P =0.135,P =0.197）.Conclusion Both HCMV IE1-72 and pp65 are highly expressed in craniopharyngiomas,while no expression of them is found in normal brain tissues,which implies HCMV infection and expression may be associated with craniopharyngioma formation,and the related pathogenic mechanism need research further.
