船用铝钢复合材制备工艺研究

摘　　要：铝钢复合材可用于连接船舶主体和上层建筑,受到广泛青睐。主要使用爆炸焊接的方法制备铝钢复合材,采用金相检验、拉伸试验和剪切试验方法对板材进行检验。检验结果表明,复合材的界面均匀,呈现爆炸焊接所特有的波状界面,界面处无分层、熔化等缺陷。拉伸试验结果和剪切试验结果表明,复合材性能达到相关标准要求,满足船用需求。Aluminum clad plate is usually used in the subject construction and superstructure of the war- ship. Test preparation mainly used aluminum and steel compound material to make the method of explosive welding and verify the plate with the methods of metallographic test, tensile test and shear test. The test results show that the interface of the clad plate is wavy and no defects of delaminating, melting and so on. The results of tensile strength and shearing strength also meet the requirement of the relative specification. Namely, it meet the requirement of the warship field.
